WHO IS KEVIN TURNER?

Kevin TurnerKevin Turner commenced his real estate career in Paddington, Brisbane in 1988.

Before starting in real estate, Kevin worked in radio as an announcer, salesperson, promotions manager and was General Manger of various radio stations in Queensland and New South Wales.

While selling in real estate, he was ranked as Top Salesperson in Queensland and remained in the Top 10 Salespeople in the state until 1991 when he commenced with a major real estate franchisor as a sales trainer, business development associate and was appointed as State CEO 1992.

Kevin has operated a number of real estate offices as business owner and was General Manager of several real estate offices in Christchurch, New Zealand with a sales force of 120 people.

Kevin has been able to combine both his radio and real estate careers to create an interesting and informative real estate program that features live on air property appraisals. The 2 hour Real Estate Talk show has been running on Brisbane Talk Station 4BC for almost 5 years and a similar version is now heard on 2UE in Sydney as part of Tim Webster's show.

A new national version of the real estate show was launched on over 40 stations around regional Australia later in June 2008. The show, called Property Matters, is a one hour mix of real estate advice, property appraisals and music with property data and information coming from the biggest property database in Australia through PriceFinder.

Kevin's latest offering is a daily 5 to 10 minute segment for real estate professionals that is made available as a podcast through www.reuncut.com

Kevin reaches a weekly audience of almost 1M people with his radio shows.

 

WHO IS MARK FRATER?

Mark FraterMark started his real estate career straight from college in London in 1983 before immigrating to Australia in 1988.

Mark re-commenced his career in Australia by joining Ray White Paddington and became a top 10 Queensland salesperson in 1990/91. It was here that Mark & Kevin first met and formed their first of many different partnerships.

In 1992 Mark joined the Ray White Corporate office spending the next 3 years working with businesses and salespeople throughout the state and in 1993/94 spent 12 months in New Zealand working throughout the country conducting and implementing salespeople and principal training programs.

In 1995 Mark purchased his own Franchise in Brisbane which he ran and grew for the next 11 years until embarking on his own Training, Consulting and Auctioneering business where again he and Kevin came together.

Mark is now in his 26th year in real estate and works in all states of Australia and New Zealand He has recently been made the licensee for the well respected Robert Bevan's "Best Practice" company as a recommended consultant and his training programs are always based on what is working in the field and is presented in a down to earth high energy level.
